*Biography of Retno Susanti*
I am an experienced nurse who currently serves as a Nurse Manager at RS Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi Indonesia. Born 45 years ago, I has dedicated myself to the field of nursing with passion and commitment.
I completed my Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Management, which further strengthened my skills and knowledge in managing nursing teams.
As a Nurse Manager, I has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills in managing nursing teams at RS Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi Indonesia. I am known for my ability to motivate and inspire my staff to provide high-quality patient care.
Outside of work, I am an traveler and enjoys exploring new places. I cherish every vacation moment by experiencing different cultures. I am friendly and cheerful personality.
I believe that life is about making a positive impact on others and living each day with joy. I hope to continue inspiring and providing the best healthcare services to patients and the community.
