Hung Ru Lin is a distinguished professor and dean of the College of Nursing at National Taipei University of Nursing and Health Sciences (NTUNHS). She earned her PhD from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2003. Throughout her career at NTUNHS, she has served as director of the School of Nursing, dean of academic affairs, and director of the Institutional Research Office.
In 2021, she was elected a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing. Her scholarly output includes over 80 peer reviewed journal articles, with a focus on elderly care, oncology, and palliative care. She also holds 37 patents to date. Her work has been recognized through numerous awards, both within NTUNHS and from external professional bodies.
