Dr. Yueh-Er Chiou is Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Nursing at Fu Jen Catholic University, Taiwan. She holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Medicine Research from Chang Gung University. Her research focuses on urological nursing, big data analytics, and clinical outcomes, particularly in the area of urolithiasis. She has published multiple first-author SCI-indexed papers using Taiwan’s National Health Insurance Research Database (NHIRD) to evaluate treatment efficacy and recurrence risks across ESWL, PCNL, and URSL. Dr. Chiou is also actively involved in clinical education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and nursing leadership development.
