I am currently the Head Nurse of the Transplant Surgery Ward at Taipei Veterans General Hospital, responsible for both administrative management and clinical operations. With years of experience in nursing, I specialize in post-operative care for liver and kidney transplant patients, and am committed to enhancing the overall quality and safety of transplant care.
In my administrative role, I oversee staff scheduling, human resource allocation, workflow planning, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth and efficient ward operations. Clinically, I focus on mentoring junior nurses and promoting continuous education, actively leading various training programs to strengthen the professional competencies of our transplant nursing team.
I believe that patient recovery and safety are the results of teamwork and continuous learning. Moving forward, I will continue to lead with professionalism and passion, guiding my team in the pursuit of excellence in transplant care.
