Hui-Ying Liu

I am an Assistant Professor and attending urologist at Kaohsiung Chang-Gung Memorial Hospital, with a primary focus on urologic oncology and male infertility. After earning my M.D. from Kaohsiung Medical University, I completed my residency training in urology and later pursued further specialization in male reproductive medicine at Taipei Veterans General Hospital. I also had the opportunity to gain international experience through observerships in urologic oncology and robotic surgery in University of Washington Medical Center and Swedish Medical Center. Currently, I am pursuing my Ph.D. at Chang-Gung University, with ongoing research centered on urothelial carcinoma. I am actively involved in academic organizations, serving as Deputy Secretary-General of the Taiwan Urological Oncology Association and the Taiwanese Association for Andrology and Sexual Medicine. People often describe me as energetic, passionate, and positive. I am deeply committed to patient care, education, and research, and I strive to bring that same energy into every aspect of my work. I hope to contribute to the advancement of urology through innovation, collaboration, and compassionate care.
