Cherry Yang
Cherry Yang has over 20 years of experience in the medical field, including 7 years specializing in male infertility. She is an expert in guiding and training IVF and andrology laboratories worldwide in the implementation of AI technologies. In 2023, she was invited as an international speaker at the American Society of Andrology (ASA) to present how AI can enhance assisted reproductive technology (ART) from the male perspective.
Cherry holds a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of East Anglia, United Kingdom (2004). Her early career in the IT industry during the rise of AI inspired her to explore how intelligent technologies could address critical unmet needs in healthcare. Her cross-disciplinary expertise spans blood glucose monitoring, dental care, and reproductive medicine.
In 2016, Cherry co-founded Bonraybio with Brown Hsu, with the vision of creating a global leader in male infertility solutions. Under her leadership in business and product development, Bonraybio has rapidly grown into a pioneering company, offering a comprehensive portfolio of diagnostic and AI-powered tools that empower IVF and andrology labs to improve outcomes. The company’s innovative platforms, including advanced semen analysis systems and DNA fragmentation testing solutions, are now used by leading reproductive centers across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
Cherry continues to lead the strategic direction of Bonraybio, driving its mission to revolutionize male infertility diagnostics and to shape the future of reproductive medicine through innovation, precision, and accessibility.
