Winnie has post-graduate medical training in both Nuclear Medicine and Diagnostic Radiology. She has also done clinical training in the Department of Nuclear Medicine at University Hospital Zurich. Her clinical interests include theranostic applications of PET/CT, SPECT/CT and radionuclide therapy.
Winnie has been contributing actively to Singapore General Hospital in the various aspects of clinical service, education and research. Notably, she was the inaugural Program Director of the National Nuclear Medicine Residency Program in 2012-2018 as well as Clinical Physician Faculty Member of the Diagnostic Radiology and Endocrinology Residency Programs. She was instrumental in establishing and developing the program, leading it to achieve the award of Best JCST Programme in SingHealth in 2018. She also served as the Director of Nuclear Medicine Operations in the Department (2018-2023) and as a member on various committees such as the SingHealth RISPACS Steering Committee and the MOH Residency Advisory Committee. She was the Vice Chair, Chapter of Nuclear Medicine, College of Radiologists, Academy of Medicine Singapore (2013-2021).
She is currently Academic Deputy Vice Chair, Clinical Service Operations in Radiological Sciences Academic Clinical Programme, SingHealth Duke-NUS.
