Prof. Agus Rizal Ardy Hariandy Hamid, MD, Ph.D. is a leading urologist and professor at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia, and a medical staff member at Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital. He earned his medical and urology degrees from Universitas Indonesia and completed his Ph.D. at Radboud University Nijmegen Medical Center in the Netherlands. With a specialization in uro-oncology and robotic surgery, Prof. Hamid has received fellowships and advanced training in Europe and India.
Prof. Hamid holds various leadership roles, including Head of the Urology Study Program at Universitas Indonesia and Chairman of the Indonesian Medical Robotic Society. His contributions extend to editorial responsibilities for national and international journals, and he has authored over 110 scientific publications, particularly in prostate and bladder cancer research. He remains active in shaping urological practices in Southeast Asia.
