Completed M. Med. Sc(Surgery) in 1994 and Dr. Med. Sc(Urology) in 2005 from University of Medicine-1, Yangon, Myanmar. Completed FRCS(Edin) in 2001. Urology residency 1999 to 2005 at Teaching Hospital of University of Medicine-1 Yangon including 6months residency training ( Endourology) at Singapore General Hospital under Prof. Foo Keng Tat, Dr. Micheal Wong and at National University Hospital, Singapore under Prof. Li Man Kay in1999. Two weeks laparoscopic urology training at Coimbatu Hospital, India in 2007. One month Renal transplantation training at Seoul National University Hospital, Republic of Korea, and refreshing training (Renal transplantation) at National University Hospital, Singapore in 2000s.
