Chao-Yuan Huang

Dr. Chao-Yuan Huang is currently a professor of the Department of Urology of the National Taiwan University Hospital (NTUH) in Taipei, Taiwan. Dr. Huang completed his full urological training in NTUH and became an attending physician in 1999. He is also a member of the Oncology committee and Endoscopic committee of Taiwan Urological Association (TUA). He mainly focused on the minimally invasive surgery of urological cancer, including laparoscopic and robotic surgery. He is an author of more than 220 publications in peer-reviewed journal, mainly in the areas of urological malignancy studies. His recent research interests include the association of arsenic metabolites and gene polymorphism with the incidence and prognosis of genito-urinary tract cancers.
