Dr. Patrick H. Tuliao is a urologist from the Philippines who sub-specializes in robotic and laparoscopic surgery. He is a certified user of both the Da Vinci and Toumai robotic surgery platforms and is a firm believer in the Retzius-sparing approach to robot-assisted radical prostatectomy. His interests also include endourology and urologic oncology. He completed his residency training in the Philippine General Hospital, Manila. Afterwards, he pursued further studies on minimally invasive robotic surgery in Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea, and then in Cleveland Clinic, Ohio, U.S.A. He is an active member and officer of the Philippine Urological Association executive council. He also holds a master's degree in Hospital Management. At present, he is affiliated with The Medical City Hospital, Diliman Doctors Hospital, and University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Medical Center. Because of his keen interest in research, he previously fulfilled the role of editor-in-chief of the Philippine Journal of Urology. He has had numerous research presentations and publications in both local and international journals.
