Introduction- Presently Benign Prostatic Disorders affecting Men (>50 Years) are treated by Medication (Mainly Alfa Blockers) in 50 % but In remaining Cases Surgery plays a Role which is done by Minimal invasive methods especially TURP and HOLEP but Other Options Like Urolift, Rezum,Aquablation also plays a Role especially in Patients having multiple Co-morbidities and those who donot want medication for a long time as well as those who can afford them as well as those want to preserve their Sexual activity.
Material and Methods- Total 504 patients were included in this study .Out of them Majority were treated by TURP and Holep and rest were treated by Other methods .
Results- Out of above mentioned patients who were treated by TURP and Holep sustained long effective ness of the procedure as compared to other Options.
Conclusions-From the above mentioned procedures ,the Conclusions show that TURP and Holep will stay for Long as compared to other Options
