Introduction
A 15 year male patient admitted for evaluation of excessive weight gain since 05yrs. C/o B/L lower limb proximal muscle weakness, difficulty getting up from squatting position. Purplish stretch marks over abdomen since 3mon, Acanthosis nigricans grade 4 over neck & axilla, moon face +, central obesity+, buffalo hump present, supraclavicular fat + & purple striae present over abdomen
Materials and Methods
USG Abd:- Normal Study (RK- 99x49mm & LK-101x53mm). USG Scrotum :- B/L testicular Microlithiasis & Tiny Hypoechoic lesion in right testis. B/L testis hypoechoic in echotexture. USG Breast:- Fatty fibroglandular tissue on both side . Triple phase CT Abd:- B/L adrenal glands bulky After complete anesthetic check up & clearence patient was taken for robot assisted B/L adrenalectomy first right side of the gland was removed & subsequently patient was redocked to remove the left adrenal gland with new port placement.
Results
Conclusions
Patient was discharge on full oral diet & HPE was sent of both the glands separately
