Introduction

Bladder outlet obstruction (BOO) is often overlooked in women with lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS).

Materials and Methods

Bladder neck incision done at 10 and 2 o’clock position at a distance of 2.5 cm from the external urethral orifice.

Results

Ipss uroflow QoL improved

Conclusions

bladder neck incision is very effective procedure
