Male Bladder Outlet Obstruction is usually due benign prostate hypertrophy (BPH), therefore we will focus on an evidence-based approach to management of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) secondary to BPH. Attention will be given to medical management of this condition and the nuances with respect to bladder dysfunction (specifically concomitant overactive bladder). The audience will also understand the current state of surgical management of LUTS/BPH.
