Getting a research publication is so important for many, whether it’s the start of a long research career or the all-important step to progressing to the next part of training. This workshop will outline the elements of what makes a good paper and how to structure it to tell an engaging story to readers. Delegates will have the opportunity to be guided by expert faculty in drafting the perfect abstract. Aimed at researchers early in their careers, this session will also cover the pitfalls of scientific misconduct and how to avoid them, as well as how AI is impacting publishing.
